  10.     DataBase Publisher is a unique desktop 
  11. publishing program that is especially designed for 
  12. organizing people and/or products for a profit.
  13.     DataBase Publisher can keeps track of up to 
  14. 2000 people and/or products. Create a catalog of 
  15. people, services, products, software, etc. Using 
  16. any dot matrix or laser printer, in condensed mode, 
  17. print a booklet using both sides of 8.5 x 11 paper.
  18. Descriptions of products or services can be up to 
  19. 60 words. Define up to 100 categories.
  20.     A typical catalog containing 200 people and/or 
  21. products costs just 15 cents to print using a dot 
  22. matrix printer. The same catalog, ten sheets of 
  23. paper printed on both sides, taken to a printer 
  24. would cost forty or fifty cents each, to print. And 
  25. you wouldn't have the flexibility of being able to 
  26. make additions and changes at any time.
  27.     DataBase Publisher is also the simplest mailing 
  28. list manager on the market. People with no computer 
  29. experience whatsoever can sit down and immediately 
  30. start entering, editing, and printing mailing 
  31. labels, without having to read the manual. Then 
  32. with just a little more effort mailing labels can 
  33. be printed by any combination of categories.
  34.     Using any text editor or word processor set to 
  35. save files in ASCII format, you can add articles to 
  36. the booklet, thus making the format very much like 
  37. a magazine. If you're putting a catalog of products 
  38. together, why not include an order form. Leave the 
  39. last page blank and you won't even need an 
  40. envelope.
  41.     If you're charging for a subscriptions just 
  42. enter the expiration date. When a date is present  
  43. mailing labels only print if that date is current.
  44.     DataBase Publisher also has two numeric fields 
  45. for each person/product. Keep track of monies owed 
  46. and paid, or stock on hand, and items sold.
  47.     Customize all field labels to suit your 
  48. business. Whether you're already in business or 
  49. just getting started, DataBase Publisher will allow 
  50. your IBM PC or compatible to pay for itself.
